We use your information to fulfill orders, manage Scent Club subscriptions, provide support, and (only if you opt in) send occasional product news.
When checkout payments are enabled, card details are entered directly with a secure third-party payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Your shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us until you check out. Clearing your browser data will empty the cart.
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email, and you may request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
We retain order records only as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal obligations.
